Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
